As you know, the wax is a safe product for children so they won't get poison or allergic.
Letters are made of natural wood (beech), soaked in olive oil and beeswax, which give them a special shine, repel dirt and water.
We do not use glue. Magnets are put in by hammer.

***CARE INSTRUCTIONS***
Wood is naturally anti-bacterial. However, if you feel the need to wash the toy:
• wash gently and quickly with soap and lukewarm water. Avoid soaking.
• let it dry completely.
• lightly sand with fine sandpaper unpainted areas.
• refinished with any food-safe oil

The actual piece is beautiful now that I finally have both halves. I ordered one half, maybe I’m just stupid or maybe the verbiage is super confusing.
When I placed the order for the 2nd half, the seller offered me a 40% discount and changed it to 20% right before checkout.
I’m missing a few pieces, but the seller stopped responding. I also asked for instructions to connect the 2 pieces and wasn’t surprised they weren’t in the 2nd box.
Overall, great product, terrible customer service.
This is a cute little fireplace perfect for a dollhouse. Upon arriving, I thought it was broken because it wasn’t lighting up- but quick switching out of the battery and it is lighting up well! Phew! I wish I would’ve known that the bottom of the fireplace doesn’t have a cover for the button battery.
