Seller resolved our issue with the offer of compensation.
Arrived damaged. The producer uses a third party to ship to purchasers. The dollhouse was shipped via UPS to the wrong address. The third party sent the recipient a USPS shipping label to get it to us. Fortunately, the recipient kindly did so. Upon arrival, the dollhouse was damaged. The original packing was inadequate. A corner was crushed and a wall was broken. We now have five parties who touched the dollhouse before our receipt, namely the producer, the shipper, UPS, USPS, and the original recipient. Given the chain of custody, we are unlikely to receive compensation from any of those who made a profit on the transaction. The house itself is accurately represented in the picture but I cant recommend the purchase because of shipping issues.
